    HP warranty experience extended to 2, 3,4 or 5 years at the time of purchase of your HP printer or incremented by 1 or 2 years prior to HP Warranty or active HP Care Pack expiry.
     
    An HP authorised service technician will make the best effort to arrive at your site
    the next business day after the support agent performing remote troubleshooting
    dispatches the case.
     
    The service includes technical phone support, diagnostics, spare parts, material and labour.
     
    Please ensure you purchase the correct warranty for either A1 or A0 dependant on your printer model
