Intended for organisations using BricsCAD BIM under a network (volume) perpetual licensing model and ensures uninterrupted access to product enhancements, security improvements and ongoing compatibility with industry standards.
Renewing maintenance allows access to all Bricsys software updates released during the maintenance period. This includes performance optimisations, bug fixes and significant new features that improve the functionality of BricsCAD BIM. It ensures that your organisation benefits from Bricsys’ ongoing development without needing to repurchase a new licence.
This renewal also includes technical support via the Bricsys Support Portal. Licensed users can log support requests, access help documentation and receive direct assistance from Bricsys or authorised resellers. Access to official support is limited to customers with active maintenance, making this renewal essential for enterprise continuity.
Please note, this product is specifically for renewing an existing volume (network) perpetual licence of BricsCAD BIM that is already under maintenance or within the grace period after expiry. It extends maintenance for a further 12 months, without altering the core licence terms or usage rights of the underlying software.
