Neschen Easy Dot PET Transparent L-UV 75mic: easy dot® PET transparent L-UV is a high-quality, printable, self-adhesive film. This ultra-transparent film is PVC-free and incorporates the reliable easy dot® technology, making it exceptionally easy to apply without bubbles. If needed, it can be removed effortlessly. The advanced adhesive technology ensures easy repositioning with consistent reliability. easy dot® PET transparent L-UV is perfect for indoor applications on smooth surfaces. Additionally, it is fully compatible with PP MATT BACKING, offering a versatile and efficient solution for your display needs.

The newly improved Easy Dot® technology produces stunning displays with high colour brilliance and photorealistic prints for indoor and outdoor applications. The dot adhesive guarantees bubble free application and reverse printing allows the inside application on shop windows. Easy to apply and reposition the base liner provides excellent stiffness for easy handling and perfect flatness for trouble-free sheet feeding through UV-Offset and Screen printing machines.

FEATURES:

• The dot pattern of the adhesive (dot coating) creates air channels between the dots
• 75 μm transparent Polyester film with prime coat

• Please note that due to the multiple areas of application of this material (combined with various films or other application substrates) physically- determined dimensional fluctuation might occur that can possibly be triggered by fluctuations in temperature during processing and/or during actual application. For this reason, all specifications in our technical information are meant as references, and explicitly not intended as a basis for warranty or guarantee. Because it is impossible to test every possible print - application combination, we recommend customers conduct their own tests to see if the material is qualified for the actual end-use.

PROCESSING & HANDLING:

• The easy dot PET media has slightly different characteristics than our well-known PVC easy dot material. The PET version cannot be stretched and exhibits different removal behaviour.
• Easy to remove from nearly all substrates
• mounted on PVC-surfaces, it can remain residue of adhesive when removing
• The removing of the film from heated surfaces (e.g. shop windows, steel surfaces, etc.) is not recommended, otherwise the adhesive may completely stay on the surface. In such cases we recommend cooling down the material and the surface before removing
• To avoid problems in processing/lamination ensure adequate drying before lamination drying time of min. 24 hours is recommended
• Storage is best to be done in upright position in the original case
• Surfaces must be properly prepared and free of contamination
• Applying by assistance of water is not recommended
• Possibly arising adhesive residues can be removed with help of denatured alcohol
• Stretching should be minimised as much as possible to prevent excessive shrinking
• Shrinking of the edges on monomeric vinyl may occur during storage time
