Description

This Versatile aluminium Horizontal Cutting Bar is designed to trim a variety of banners and rigid materials of up to 15mm in depth and with optional blades for thick vinyl banners. Available in 4 lengths plus custom sizes made to order, provides accurate easy cutting and is a sign makers favourite.

Double cutting head with an interchangeable blade. Two blade options are available firstly a standard double blade designed to trim rigid materials like Foam, Forex (10mm), honey comb plastics or board of up to 15 mm, the second blade is a double edged hooked blade perfect for the cutting of banner and vinyl.

Offering high precision with a maximum possible tolerance of 0.2mm/meter

Available in four widths 1100 mm, 1650 mm, 2100 mm and 3100 mm, custom sizes can also be manufactured on request.

An optional table fixing kit allows for permanent bench top mounting and makes it easy to swap your media in and out by simply lifting the bar. If unmounted the round bar makes the cutter easy to carry.

Optional Suction cup system for easy attachment to your media ensuring accurate quality cuts every time for longer length materials.
