HP have increased their Designjet Portfolio with an addition to the popular Z series range, the new Z5400 Postscript ePrinter is designed to fullfil multiple aplications offering users a higher degree of versatilty.

Suitable for an extensive range of applications from CAD plots, CAD renderings, GIS, Maps, Orthophotos, Graphic  Design, Office Graphics, Posters, Photos, Digital fine art, Banners, Exhibition, event graphics, Light boxes - film, Point of sale/display. The Z5400 is comfortable sitting in a variety of environments from high or low footfall print shops to in-house offices such as Architectural, Engineering, Retail, Photographic studios, Fine Art Galleries, Manufacturing or Design Companies.

This flexible solution offers Two online media roll feeds with optional 3" core adapters & automatic roll switching, embedded postscript, HP Color Matching for pantone accurate colours, UV stable ink along with HP eprint and share services.

HP's new partner link will also allow plot-IT to set your machine up so that it can email both service alerts and ink outages before they happen to both the user and the plot-IT help desk, this free of charge optional service will ensure you get maximum up time from your wide-format printer.
